These terms are a general-purpose template for a small handcrafted-goods business and have not been reviewed by a lawyer. Please have them reviewed by a qualified professional for your specific jurisdiction before relying on them.

Orders & Payment

All orders are placed and confirmed directly with us via WhatsApp. Payment for ready-made pieces is Cash on Delivery (COD). Custom orders require a 70% deposit before production begins, with the remaining 30% due as COD on delivery — full details are on our Custom Order Policy page.

Pricing

Prices listed on the site are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.) and are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed with you on WhatsApp at the time of order is the price that applies to that order.

Production & Shipping

Custom pieces take approximately 17 days to produce from confirmed deposit and measurements. Shipping times and our returns/exchange policy are detailed on our Shipping & Returns page.

Cancellations

Custom order deposits are non-refundable once production has started, since each piece is cut and built specifically to the customer's measurements and choices. See our Custom Order Policy for full details.

Product Accuracy

We aim to describe and represent every piece as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color or texture may occur due to the handcrafted nature of each item and differences between screens.

Intellectual Property

All designs, photography, and content on this site belong to Corset Atelier and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We aim to deliver every order accurately and on time, but we are not liable for delays or issues caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays or incorrect information provided at the time of order.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
