Yes — the Custom Builder has a dedicated step for bust, waist, hip, and torso length, and every piece is then cut to those numbers specifically.

Depending on the piece: silk satin, duchess satin, cotton coutil, velvet, French lace, and silk brocade, all fully boned with steel boning and lined for structure and comfort.

Spot clean only — avoid machine washing or soaking, as this can damage the boning and shape. Store flat or loosely laced on a hanger, away from direct sunlight.

Design your piece in the Custom Builder, confirm details with us on WhatsApp, then pay a 70% deposit to begin. Production takes 17 days, with the remaining 30% due before delivery. Full details are on our Custom Order Policy page.

Ready-made pieces generally range from Rs. 6,000 to Rs. 22,000+ depending on category and fabric — luxury and bridal pieces sit at the higher end. Custom builds are quoted based on your fabric and design choices.

Before production starts, yes — message us as soon as possible. Once production has begun, the deposit is non-refundable since the piece is cut specifically for you.

Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Orders are placed and confirmed through WhatsApp.

Waist trainers work well under fitted dresses, tucked shirts, or for shaping under eveningwear. For all-day comfort, our everyday cotton coutil styles are the most breathable option.
