When you place an order, start a custom build, or contact us, we collect the information you provide directly — typically your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and city. We do not collect payment card details, since all payments are handled as Cash on Delivery.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely to process and deliver your order, respond to questions, and — only if you opt in through our newsletter form — to send you updates about new collections and custom-build openings. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
How Orders Are Processed
All orders and custom build requests are submitted to us directly via WhatsApp. This means the information you enter in our forms is sent through WhatsApp's platform (operated by Meta) to reach us — please refer to WhatsApp's own privacy policy for how they handle messages sent through their service.
Local Storage & Cookies
Our wishlist feature stores your saved items directly in your browser's local storage — this data stays on your device and is not sent to us or any third party unless you choose to complete an order. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers.
Analytics
We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand overall site traffic and which pages are most useful to visitors. Umami is cookieless and does not track individual visitors across other websites or build advertising profiles — it only reports anonymous, aggregate statistics like page views and general visit counts.
Third-Party Services
Our site loads fonts from Google Fonts and, where enabled, uses Google's Gemini API to power our on-site shopping assistant. Messages you send to the assistant are processed by Google to generate a response; we do not store your chat history on our own servers.
