Shipping & Returns
What to expect after you place an order.
Shipping
We currently ship across Pakistan. Ready-made pieces typically leave the atelier within 3–5 business days of order confirmation. Custom pieces begin production only after your deposit is confirmed, and take 17 days to complete before shipping.
Once your order ships, we'll share tracking details on WhatsApp. Delivery within major cities usually takes 2–4 business days after dispatch; more remote areas may take slightly longer.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) on all orders. For custom pieces, a 70% deposit is collected upfront via bank transfer or the method we agree on in your WhatsApp conversation, with the remaining 30% due as COD on delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every piece is handcrafted and often made to order, we handle returns carefully:
Ready-Made Pieces
- Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition.
- Please message us on WhatsApp before returning anything so we can confirm the process.
- Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Custom Pieces
- Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has started, as detailed in our Custom Order Policy.
- If a custom piece arrives with a genuine construction defect, message us immediately — we'll make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If anything arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort it out — replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
