How a Custom Order Works
Design Your Piece
Use the Custom Builder to choose your type, fabric, color, and sizing — standard size or your exact measurements. Submit your selections and details on WhatsApp.
Confirm & Pay the Deposit
We confirm every detail with you directly on WhatsApp, then request a 70% deposit before any cutting begins. The remaining 30% is due before delivery.
17-Day Production
Your piece is cut, boned, and hand-finished in the atelier. We'll update you as it progresses.
Delivery
Once complete, we arrange delivery and collect the remaining balance — cash on delivery is accepted.
Cancellation
Because every custom piece is cut and built specifically to your measurements and choices, deposits are non-refundable once production has started. Custom pieces cannot be resold, so please confirm your measurements and selections carefully before your deposit is paid. If you need to cancel before production begins, message us as soon as possible.
