How a Custom or Bulk Order Works
Design & Request a Quote
Use the Custom Order builder to choose your type, fabric, color, and sizing — standard size or your exact measurements — and tell us your quantity. Submit your selections and details on WhatsApp.
Sample Approval (Optional but Recommended for Bulk)
For bulk and wholesale orders, we can produce a sample first for your approval — typically 5–10 business days to make plus 3–7 business days to ship. Sample charges may apply and are often adjustable against a confirmed bulk order.
Confirm & Pay a Deposit
We confirm every detail with you directly on WhatsApp, then request a 50% deposit before cutting begins — the remaining 50% is due before shipment. Exact production timeline is confirmed with you on WhatsApp based on your order's quantity and complexity.
Production
Your order is cut and hand-finished in our Sialkot facility. Lead time depends on quantity, design complexity, and customization — we'll confirm an exact timeline with you before production starts.
Shipping & Export
Once complete, we arrange shipping through trusted courier and freight partners, or ship via your own freight forwarder — using EXW, FOB, CIF, or DDP terms, whichever suits your business.
Cancellation
Because every custom or bulk order is cut and built specifically to your measurements, fabric, and design choices, the 50% deposit is non-refundable once production has started. Please confirm your measurements, colors, and quantities carefully before your deposit is paid. If you need to cancel before production begins, message us as soon as possible.

Minimum Order Quantity
Lower MOQs may be available for trial orders depending on the product and customization requirements. Share your requirements with us and we'll do our best to accommodate a trial run before you commit to a full bulk order.
