Custom & Bulk Order Policy
- Production time depends on quantity, design complexity, and customization — we'll confirm an exact timeline with you on WhatsApp.
- A 50% deposit is required to begin production; the remaining 50% is due before delivery.
- Deposits are non-refundable once production has started — custom-cut pieces cannot be resold.
- Samples can be produced before a bulk order for approval; sample charges are often adjustable against a confirmed order.
- Please double-check measurements and quantities; we build to exactly what's provided.
